2010 Emergency Budget - Great... Awesome... Fantastic News for Property Investors...
23rd Jun 2010
Hey guys,
Well what appeared to be a potential king hit for buy to let investing has turned out to be awesome news. The CGT did exactly what we thought, middle ground at 28% without indexation or taper relief. Although for smaller capital gains it will mean the basic 18% CGT stays.

Hey guys,
A few months back you voted for my book, and now, thanks to you it's in the finalist stage.
Now, I need another favour... I need you to vote one last time, vote for my The 3+1 Plan to win the People's Book Prize. The final date to vote is the 21st of July 2010, and I'm getting nervous now, silly isn't it, but it's a great feeling to be voted and recognised.
Reaching a few thousand means I have the potential to reach millions who want to be as educated as those who have discovered The 3+1 Plan...
While the rest of the country loses their heads... YPC clients will spot the opportunity.

Hey guys,
You may have heard me say many times before that you are either - Rich and Educated or Poor and Uneducated.

Poor people are often the ones who don’t have the education...
